I removed the baffles from my twin arrows today which are the non removable type . Drilled of rivets on Carbon end and cut off approx. 3mm from end of baffle tip that is welded on and does not look like it can be removed. IMG_0598.JPG IMG_0599.JPG . I used angle grinder on one side but hacksaw on other which was a little neater . Sounds awesome now , not to offensive but burbles and crackles when shutting the throttle . Once material was removed I inserted hammer shaft into baffle and wiggled to remove . IMG_0597.JPG

Nice, that's my next job. Baffles make it too quiet.

I thought I wanted more noise but after a trip back from up north today the drone was driving me crazy . I must admit though that with the baffles removed the noise was superb under full throttle ! For local blasts I will remove them.

I like there kit too , especially as theres no space to keep much under the seat ! 5 litre for small trips very handy.

Just an idea for the baffles, you can tune them for noise by drilling holes along the length of tube to give more sound, more holes = more sound :)
