    Hello everyone

I recently purchased a 2014 Street triple r. I am experiencing a slight issue (no biggie). At slow speed the handlebar doesn't move freely when doing a full lock meaning the cables are rubbing against the Forks. Even when I lifted the front wheel using the side stand and when you let go of the handlebar it doesn't freely fall in place. This issue is only at slow pace when you are doing full locks.

Has anyone experienced this issue OR is it just me? I have already ordered the service manual and should be with me soon, so that I can cross reference against it.

    Thank you all

    Kind regards
    H

Hi H, I had the model before yours, a 2012 STR, never had this issue, has the bike been Triumph serviced? Sometimes previous owners are the problem fettling things and not doing it properly  , any signs of anything affecting the routing of the cables?

    ^^

Thanks for getting back to me. Nothing affecting the routing of the cables. It's just when I do a full lock.....its not smooth meaning the cable rubs against the forks. I checked the routing of the cables against a triumph dealership standard bike and nothing seems out of place

I just received my service manual. So its time to cross reference it against the manual.
