Had a play with settings today, I seem to have a lot of free sag, I can only get it to about 30mm with preload adjusters fully in. With them wound fully out I have about women less, has the R got very soft springs.
I've not had anyone here who can measure sag with me Sat on bike, but it doesn't seen to drop much when I sit on it, so with them fully in I would have about 30mm sag.

Use a cable tie round one of the fork legs to check the sag at the front then measure when its back on the stand and vertical, this way you can recheck as often as needed till you have it right

Thats what I did and even with all the preload wound on I'm still well over 30mm of rider sag.
Rear end is other way, hardly any free sag and hard as nails, I weigh 12st 6lbs and think I may need respring on both ends.
