    Looks like I'm a dipshit and ordered t'wrong spark plugs!! Cudda sworn I'd read on here that I needed NGK CR9EK plugs. When I opened em, I got suspicious when I saw they'd got double electrodes. Just looked in mi Haynes manual, and it sez I need CR8EK's!! Can anyone please enlighten me?

    They should be the same plug looks wise its just the the 8 is a slightly hotter plug than the 9.

    Which means what, Tricky? Will they be ok to use, or should I swap em?

    Just checked in the "manuals" section, at top of this forum, and for 1050 speed triple it sez CR9EK's anorl!

    Using one stage hotter plug will not cause any problems unless the fueling is already on the weak side, maybe avoid WOT but i have often used one or even two stages either way on lots of different engines...but in the end its your choice.

    should I stick t'9's in, or swap em for 8's?

    Sorry i was thinking you had 8 and you needed 9 so the 9 will cause no problems as they are colder so WOT will be no problem i would use them without hesitation.
