So the adventure continues, unfortunately I have to work outside so its taken a couple of weeks to wait for the rain to give me a decent opportunity to get stuck in. On Saturday I found the exhaust cam was not on its marks, it would appear the cam chain has jumped a few teeth so today it was time to get the head off... Engine in or engine out? oh sod it i'll give it a try in the frame. Guess what, throw the manual away, its a breeze to get the head off with the motor in the frame. No huge damage but i'll drop the valves out and check them anyway.. To be continued..
