2002 Tt600 Need To Remap[i Think]

So my question to you guys is.. do I have to have a special cable to connect and remap the ecu......I have a cable off a diablo sport it's got a iphone connector but I can get a 16pin iphone connector to usb to run on a regular pc but will the cable actually transmit the proper data.. I've heard concers about a FTDI CHIP??

i cant say for sure but all i have read says you need the proper cable from tuneecu to have the best results.
i got one it was cheap enough and connected straight away without issue .

There’s lots of posts on Facebook and the Tuneecu website about people struggling to connect to their bikes with anything other than the cables supplied by Lonelec, which is why I bought one of them.
Never had any issues with it, and they’re only marginally more expensive than what you get on eBay and the like.
