I am reluctantly having to put my 2000 Legend TT up for sale as I don't have room in the garage in my new house for all of my current bikes. It's a lovely bike to ride and I wouldn't be looking to sell it if it weren't for the lack of space.

The bike was first registered on 20/09/2000 and the current mileage is 16,026.

The bike is in nice clean condition and it runs beautifully. Pulls like a train and handles better than you might expect for a 24 year old bike

Comes with two keys and user manual, lots of old MoT certs and other documentation.

It last had an annual service in August 2023 but but has been extensively overhauled since then by my local independent workshop so is now in tip top condition, with carbs balanced, brakes overhauled and any other remedial work required carried out. Next MoT test due August this year.

Fitted with Hepco & Becker crash bars, Triumph sissy bar, heated grips, Scottoiler vSystem, genuine Triumph leather-look saddle bags (hardly used, in very good condition), centre stand, Optimate charger cable.

    Price £3,395 ONO.

The bike is located in the Scottish Borders, south of Edinburgh. Please contact me via this forum if you're interested in the bike.

PRICE REDUCED to £3,195 ONO, and I'm throwing in a brand new Puig touring screen which I haven't yet fitted to the bike.

The Legend has now gone! I P/X'd it for a 2001 Honda Firestorm, a very different bike. I was pleasantly surprised when the dealer selling the Firestorm, Nightingales in Rugby, agreed to take the Legend in P/X and gave me a very fair price for the bike. I found Nightingales a very easy company to deal with, they arranged transport for the Firestorm up to me in Scotland and the Legend back down to them in Rugby, all at a reasonable price, and gave a 6 months warranty on the Firestorm. I'd certainly recommend them and deal with them again if they had something I particularly wanted. Their website is https://www.ngales.com/about-us/
