Hi,and Hello all,new member and first post..
I'm building a triumph bobber with a t140v engine..it has twin parallel screw in intake ports converted for a su carb...my question is,is it best to put a signal amal carb on,or a pair of amal mk2 s on....as not sure about the su carb idea...
    Thanks in advance.....

Amal mk'2 are rubbish just like the SU in my opinion and a single carb would work better on something like a bobber.

If you are not used to Amals then a single, or a pair or single Mikuni is a better option...and Amals are not that bad if you know what your doing......you should try it with three of them.;)
