    HI All,
My name is Ian, I live in N.S. and have a rebuilt 1970 Tiger and am working on a 1973 Bonnie great bike all original except the tank, 10K original miles.
My Tiger has been giving me electrical issues. I can start it and it runs for a few minutes than quits, no electrical. It has an electronic ignition but not sure if the coils were changed with the ignition. Could the issue be coils or is it something else. Nay ideas would be appreciated.

A bad voltage regulator might possibly be the problem where the battery is not getting a proper charge.

You need to get a meter on it to find out where the problem lies, you need to see at least 12.5 to 14.2v when the engine is running depending on the battery's state of charge and load, and then go from there.
