03 RS fuel pump test?...

Howdy all,

Name's Graeme, live in Perth, sunny Oz & just got myself a 2003 Sprint RS project from the auctions.

Got her started on 'start ya bastard' starting fluid with the tank & airbox off so i know she runs. Put all the airbox & tank gubbins back on & she does not seem to be getting any fuel....no noise from the pump when the ignition is turned on but there is a noise when the ignition is turned off.

Is there any way to test the fuel pump without removing it from the tank??

My first triumph.....got a KTM 990 Superduke that i ride regularly & for track days.

Any help you guys could offer would be appreciated.
