I think the injectors use PWM Pulse width Modulation- so not a constant voltage.
Yup option 7 is the best, cant remember many instances of a petrol engine being adversely affected by using a quality oil that meets all specs...
put a strap on the lift and round the rails.that should hold it, on the stand it will want to sit on front wheel.
It could also be your Crank Position Sensor, may have been knocked out of position or just dud....

I think being watercooled and having monstrous amounts of power was a bit too much for the traditionalists.

If Kill switch is ok try:

By start is it turning over but not firing, or nothing at all when you hit start button?
