Has anyone ever ridden into Venice on their bike? When we go to Verbania in a couple of weeks I'd like to take the others to Venice but I've only ever been into it by bus. The distance will mean that we'll have to stay overnight to make it worthwhile but I seem to remember that vehicles had to be left on the mainland. I'll write to the Venetian tourist office but just wondered if anyone had first hand experience? Ta. B
