Sprint bearings?

Hi all advice needed, when I'm rolling my bike/ manoeuvring it, it has developed a clunking noise from the rear wheel or chain. Chain is at the correct tension and regularly cleaned and lubed. Any ideas of this noise sound?

Sounds like a stiff link on the chain to me. Do as Smilinjack says and try moving the bike with the chain off.

Had a bit of a look at my Sprint tonight. I'm sure it's the chain. The bike has stood for quite a time and there was some rust on the chain when I got it, TBH. Also noticed some variation in chain tension, a sure sign of tight spots. Before I did my Kawasaki the other week I could feel the knocking of the chain through the footpegs and it made a similar, but far worse, noise when pushing the bike. If I lie mext to the bike I can hera what sounds like stiff rollers as they leave the sprocket tooth at the front. If I manually push up the lower chain run to increase tension, the noise pretty much goes. I'll update when I get chance to take a few bits off, but I'm a bit tempted to just replace the chain, something else to not worry about when I take it across the water.

Personally I would give the chain a thorough lubing with something like 10-40 engine oil and work it in, then leave to stand for 24 hrs before drying off with kitchen tower or similar.
