Hello, I'm new here. I've been lurking for a while and decided to say hi. I'm a Ducati rider normally but have decided to build myself a custom Bonneville. I guess you'll see me in the build section soon :)

    Cheers :)

Right now I don't own the bike, I have about £3.5k to get the donor, I want black engine and wire wheels but otherwise and fairly loose as the tank will get paint along with the front mudguard, and the rest will get ditched. If I have to wait to save another grand I'll do that, but I'd like to have the bike before Christmas so I have enough tome to build it ready for the Spring. Shout if you see anything :)

First mod will be airbox, filters, and new pipes (I'll need advice on pipes that are legal but minimal). I'll have the paint being done whilst I do that, and then the clips ons, new seat, fender eliminators, new clocks, new light etc will all go on over time. I really can't wait, I've wanted to do this for so long and then I suddenly realised life is short, so what am I waiting for :)

Hi Fingerpuk, Good luck with the build. I have a friend in Essex that builds Choppers . I will ask him if he knows of anywhere that does Triumph custom parts for you. Will also keep an eye out for what your looking for;)

Cheers everyone, this seems like a friendly place :)

I'm getting my parts list together, it's going to get expensive. I'm hoping import duties don't clobber me. From BC I'll be getting a seat, tail tidy, front and rear turn signals. I need to source a new single clock and bracket, figure out where to put the number plate, and work out the smallest legal exhaust I can get away with. I'll be ordering the parts before I find the bike so they are here ready. I'm looking for a T100 and think I'll blow my budget by £2k. My cheap mod is going to be a really expensive mod!

Once you start modding it's always going to get expensive but will always be worth it!!
