Greetings one and all. Rather senior biker here from SE London. Avid sports fan… supporting Palace, Cricket, retired player and coach, Beckenham CC, Kent and Surrey. In my youth had a BSA A7 Shooting Star followed but a Velocette Thruxton Venom. Sold it (idiot) when fixed after a bad accident. Reborn with 03 Bonneville, 06 Sprint ST, 11 Sprint GT. current bike 18 plate black Tiger 1050 Sport. I have toured mainly with the Triumphs, uk, Europe, etc. The Tiger being superb, comfort, handling, performance, etc. take care out there… rubber side down!

Many thanks for the welcome. Your dead right, the Tiger Sport 1050 is superb. Alas, due to age and health will be selling it in near future. Will miss riding it and touring with my friends. Do you know how bikes advertised on the Forum sell and how to post an ad?
Welcome! I, too, have a Sprint GT (in the US) and a Trophy SE. The Trophy was my attempt at improving the Sprint riding position; I believe that the Tiger also provides a nice upright posture. Glad to hear that you've made good use of the stable!
