    Are there many experiences about putting a BMC-airfilter in a Thruxton 1200 R?
    Would it make a noticeable difference in performance?

    I have a BMC on my Triumph because it was already there as I bought the bike. All technical test shows that usual paper filters let more that enough air going through. K&N or BMC air filters won't change anything if you ask me. (apart costing lots more)
