I'm sure this is mentioned elsewhere but the forum search facility can't be arsed to find it for me and I can't be bothered to hunt around for it.

I've just had a letter from Triumph offering me a complimentary second year of Triumph Assist, providing I activate it using the code number they've given me. I'm sure other people have had the same offer.

'Go to: rac.co.uk/triumph2' it says. Which I did. But it doesn't seem to exist. Now it could be my incompetence of course, but it really isn't that complicated. So has anyone else found it? Or had the same problem?

If you do find it please leave a link on here. Thank you.

Ah, now I've found it!!! By using the link above that I've just typed. Weird.

Attempted to fill in the details. It wouldn't let me progress because 'something went wrong'. And it seems they're going to ask for credit card details, probably hoping for subsequent years of assist that I'll have to pay for. But I'm bored now, so they can bog off.

Just had the same issue. Used the code I was given but only got so far before it wouldn't let me proceed. E-mailed Triumph but no response.

I always end up phoning them if tech don’t work, but anyway after 2 years when you have to pay to carry on the cover it’s £75 that’s a personal cover for you in any vehicle your travelling in under 7.5 t, I believe in the uk or Europe also includes home start the works for bike, car, van, not a bad price I’ve been told
