As a new Tiger owner (2020 Tiger 900 Rally), one thing I really dislike is the weird electronic link between the clutch and fly by wire throttle. You know what I mean: you start engaging the clutch and as you're getting to the friction zone, the bike increases RPM, so you modulate the throttle in an effort to get smooth engagement and, basically, you're fighting the bike until the clutch is fully engaged.

Who the hell thought this was a good idea? This isn't a 'beginner' bike: does Triumph really think the rider needs help from the bike to keep from stalling it? I've owned at least dozen motorcycles in my almost 60 year riding career and I have NEVER had more trouble getting a smooth first gear start than with this bike. Has anyone found a way to program this "feature" out of the engine mapping??

I have a 2022 gt pro and the only hint of this is when the engine is cold and pulling away but it goes once warm.
