Has been an awesome bike since new in 2012, but just now a bit sick in the shed. Bonneville T100 starter button click. Battery ok, after recharging for lights, removed lights fuse. Replaced solenoid relay for new but still click, tho less noise in the click, coming from same area left hand side cover. There are two other relays just to the rear of the solenoid.
Have been trying to get a suitable workshop manual to trace it out but no luck yet.
A thing i saw online was lights go through another relay to stay off until bike starts, maybe it needs replacing as well. Any ideas for whats happening will be appreciated thanks.

Hi Bradle, sorry, cannot help with the fault, but I do have a Haynes manual for your bike.
It covers Bonnevilles "01 to 15" After 15 they went to liquid cooled. I sold my T120 in April.
In July I bought a 12 plate Bonnie 865, similar to the SE, but with twin clocks and 17" mag alloys.
Could not gel with the bike, part exed it for another T120. Manual cost me 26GBP. Can try and find out
cost of P&P if you are interested.

Hi, me again, just checked P&P, using EVRI, 8 to 13 days, £17 insured to value of £26.

Are you sure the battery is OK? Is it the original? Check the voltage at rest and then the voltage as you hit the starter button. If it drops substantially from 12v as you operate the starter then it is toast.

HI, have you tried "Scribd"? I downloaded a Triumph workshop manual for my 2107 Tiger 800 the other day off the site.

@Bradle Welcome to the family. Do make sure that the Battery is strong enough to throw that engine over it has been talked about on here referring to batteries. Check the usual bits like the clutch and side stand switches that play up or stick sometimes just clean and make sure they are doing what they are supposed to do. Spray some electrical cleaner into the switch gear and generally check the wiring in and around the head stock and ignition switch. Let us all know how you get on. Perhaps a picture by tapping the upload a file button bottom right.

Hi Joe, two threads on this topic, if this is the right way of saying so.
    Should one be deleted?
