How’s it working out? I’ve a similar one that needs a bit of nursing regarding weight vs leverage. On the whole is works but not like one of those fancy rabaconda ones

I haven’t used it properly yet. I was going to change the tyres on a Yamaha 175 using it but the centre shaft diameter is too big for the smaller bearings on its wheels so I used a piece of screwed rod to try and hold the wheel in place. It did break the bead really well but the wheel wasn’t held good enough to remove the tyres with it so rather than making up something to hold it correctly I just used tyre levers to change them. I think it should be ok on more modern wheels though but I haven’t tried it yet.

Although have yet to pay the money the deal is agreed so the last thing that I have bought is this:-

1999 Honda Shadow VT600 with 19,005km on the clock the tyres might very well be the originals so are being replaced it's been serviced but due to the New Years disruption it will be a couple of weeks before we can take it for registration, it's an import from Holland, we are aiming for the 14th it will depend on tyre delivery and exactly where they are coming from when they arrive.
