    A sad loss, indeed. He was an excellent singer/songwriter and a very good performer live. "The Road to Hell" will remain a timeless classic. Let's hope that wasn't the way he was pointing when he got the final call to leave us.

    Poor bloke's been in poor health for years. He had Pancreatic cancer in 2001 and had his pancreas removed. Surviving that long is very rare, my mate had it and lasted under 2 years from diagnosis. Still a shame though. RIP Chris

    A sad surprise and only the other day I was wondering why I hadn’t heard any new music from him. One of my favourites, part of the sound track to my twenties. A great musician, whose lyrics actual lyrics said something; asking some searching questions, or just celebrating life. Makes one think when one’s only 9years behind.
