Purchased a rack from this company. I was unhappy with the rack as it didn't have the rear replacement covers for my 660. They directly returned my money and said keep the rack or give it to someone who does not mind losing the panels. Pretty good

I've bought a couple of stands/dolly for my speed triples. Great quality and great service. Bought direct and not through ebay,no extra charges, vat or customs.

I recently bought a con stand from them - bike was on it or 2 days when the supplied replacement engine mounting bolt sheared and the bike dropped to the floor. Damaged the stand and the engine covers on my bike. I've had to send some of the stand parts back to them (pain with them being in Germany) and awaiting a decision from them. Hopefully their customer servic is as good as you lot are saying - I'm expecting the stand to be repaired and new engine covers supplied (mine were immaculate).

Yeah, I’m not happy but I’m giving them the chance to make it right. The bolt that sheared appears to be made from Chinessium and was definitely not fit for purpose.

Yes i think that would have made my blood boil but hopefully they do make good the repairs and compensate. I just thought they were good towards my purchase. In the end i fitted their rack but the plate didn't mate up to the rack arms. I just purchased a top box and plate that does the job. And strangely as @Pedro1340 said i didn't pay any extra's just the price.

I've had one of their bike movers that uses the centre stand on the bike for 10 years and all that I've had to do to it is replace the rubber strip the centre stand sits on after the lardy ditchpumps I've had over the years have cut into it. It's on my 4th now and still going strong. Weighs quite a bit too as it's made of thick steel plate. The one I have uses a lever and cam to lock the stand in place when putting the bike on and taking it off the stand but they now do one that has lockable casters which would be better as I have to be careful positioning it so I can operate the lever without it fouling the centre stand arm.

This is the one I have
