Rocket Multifunction Display Not Working.

My display isn't working (apparently some of the pins on the unit broke off - dealer says Triumph America won't do anything 2021 bike.) The bike starts and rides ok... is there a way to get the indicators to work, bypassing that control unit?

 

"Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you may be experiencing an issue with your motorcycle. Unfortunately, we, as in Triumph's customer service team, can not submit claims or provide or predict coverage on any claim. Your best place to start any claim process with your motorcycle is an authorized Triumph dealership as they will be your only source to have a claim submitted on your behalf."
This was denied.

 

And a new problem after two rides the bike has shut down.. Dealer says a rewire is in order... how easy would this be? they are quoting 10 hours, I can't afford that!

 

Update: got the bike home on a trailer. Nothing to lose I get the old display out (now this is 'dead' with the lights on it not showing anything) and I hear the fuel pump prime... and it starts!
Anyone know how to crack one open? without it breaking?

 

Trouble id it needs to be paired to the bike as it is all electronic.
