    Just bought this nice little project not a lot needed to make it right, and a Delkevic silencer to make the Tiger growl instead of purr, road legal brand new a fraction of the cost of one of the well known brands fits directly to bikes pipe with all the fixings included Bargain

    Update now confirmed Thunderbird should be delivered to me Monday or Wednesday depending on how busy the courier is but I think he hasn't realised it's a bank holiday ;)

    Finally, a tracker - the Monimoto 9 (at a discount thanks to Mr Dobbs).

    I've always resisted on the basis that I'm not sure I'd want to recover a bike that had been buggered about with. However, this is one of the combined alarm + trackers and has an app that looks pretty good too.

    I had one, but despite what they tell you it doesn't work outside of the UK. I had 3 trips with it over to the continent, and it never worked. I hope that they've fixed the problem.

    WhatsApp Image 2025-08-20 at 13.49.20_7edc3fcb.jpg Bought this in Trevinos leathers in Deadwood https://www.trevinosleathers.com/
    @Sandi T It's called the Tool Bag 100.
    if you need anything leather when you're in Sturgis next, this is the place to go.
    The leather on this tool roll is really thick, a lot better than the leather of my old tool roll that it replaces, I'm over the moon with it, it was $90.00 ( £67 ), and it's worth every penny.

    Should of seen it before I rented a storage unit I've two others like this you can see now why the firestorm has been off the road for 5 years I only found it again in may when I first Got the unit but since then my bike wardrobe has increased see the home made clothes rail spanning the garage and the purchase of the Tiger oh and just incase I thought I'd buy the thunderbird and add spare parts and tyres and exhausts for these bikes and yes a new front and rear paddock stand although somewhere behind the clothes and fishing tackle there is a few more of those in there as well, I think I need some serious help

    Just thought I'd share these trying to give the Thunderbird more of a retro look yes another helmet but it does go with the colour of the bike
    And that's all I'm saying about that :rolleyes:

    I'm not planning on doing the TT on the Thunderbird but saying that I've got a couple of helmets from the same manufacturer and I find them ok and they are all 22.06 so they must be safe to a point as I've said before I'm not a brand snob :yum

    You won't be surprised that I sent this helmet back partially because it was to big and more concerning was that ghost bikes thought it would get to me without any additional packaging and they were surprised that evri would deliver it with the bottom of the box open as they expected retail packaging to arrive without any additional tape on the box but I couldn't send it back without finding a replacement I hope you approve more of this choice remember though it's retro to give that certain look when I get out on the Thunderbird ;)

    Actually a yesterday purchase.

    I've been eyeing these up for about two years and trying to justify the expense. All the reviews were good and, even from a commercial use perspective, showed this product in a positive light.

    The machine is just so quiet in use and being a TS model (total stop) it turns itself off between trigger off periods.
    So controllable, the red knob sends it from full pressure to a jet wash with only just a bit more than a hosepipe, perfect for transfers, bearings etc.
    This model, a K7, even runs from a water butt so what hosepipe ban :joy:

    All you OCD'S out there need one of these to keep the steed super clean and tidy :cool:
