Dont get me wrong they do connect SOMETIMES, its a complete lottery if they will or wont. Sometimes they connect via the cardo app without re-pairing on a trip weeks after the previous time. Other times following previously successful methods they just will not connect at all. They also drop connections and sometimes reconnect but most often do not. We have pretty much given up trying at this point.

That sums up my experience with them too. :)

I mainly ride with my sons. Originally we had Cardo Freecom 4 which worked well but then pairing with their mates Cardo mesh unit was always a problem.

I wouldn’t touch Senna as at one time their units were not entirely waterproof. They’ve probably sorted that now but not to ensure that fundamental requirement would not inspire confidence in them.

We have now upgraded our comms kits to Cardo mesh units, PackTalk Bold which we are reasonably happy with. I don’t use the radio or music functions. To swop from Bluetooth to Mesh cost me about £100 as I had the opportunity to buy a hardly used secondhand kit and then sold my Freecom 4 on eBay.

I think it is in this thread, somebody said because they usually ride alone there is no need for a comms kit. I would strongly disagree with this as having an operational comms unit would allow you to easily call your favourite stored number in the event of an incident.

I couldn't agree more, but in my case, dialing the local Chinese Takeaway after coming off my bike, might not be the best solution. :joy::joy:;)
