Hi and thanks for the add, Based in France with a Tbird 900 (not sport), that was but isn't running now, issue with carbs + others, the bike hasn't been on the road for 6¾ years. Although been on a charger and started up a few times (yep only a few) in the garage, two new batteries in that time now on the third and planning to get it fixed and on the road again, but I ain't no mechanic. Photo is a few years old, will post later ones when I find them. I'll be looking for advice in the forums hopefully not asking the same questions already asked.
@Jamski Welcome to the family. Nice bike thanks for sharing the picture. There are some clever peeps here not me. But if you need to know something just ask them. Best via the technical or rebuild section.
Thanks Joe for the advice, picture is a bit dated but same bike same rider today, well when I get it back on the road again.
Hi jamski welcome from North Wales looking forward to following your story with the Thunderbird just bought the same bike myself as a winter ride so will be interesting to see what issues you may face along the way
Hi Mark, I've had this one since 2010, but was never my go to bike, I originally bought to completely remodel it it into something else, but because of travelling never got round to it. Briefly, I have new YSS, 3x new carburettor rebuild kits, new rubbers front and rear, already booked into a garage to completely rebuild front forks, thought I could ride it there but something not quite right so looking at different way to move the Bird, nope no tow bar on this four wheels. But carry on watching and I'll follow your progress also.
