    Hey everyone!! I'm new here as well as new to Triumphs. I'm from B.C Canada. I bought a 2009 Triumph Sprint ST 1050 last week. She most definitely needs some loving as the previous owner really did little to no maintenance by the looks of it as well as dumped it multiple times. I'm no mechanic but I'm fairly mechanical inclined so Iit'll be some work but I look forward to making it my own Thanks for having me.

    Well firstly hello from North Wales and I must say you do have a bit of work to do there I was out for a run Monday and called into my local non Triumph main dealers and they had the exact same bike there and I can see what yours should look like so good luck:p

    I just had a good look at your pictures and I noticed that the front brake calipers look like new I suppose probably because of the condition of the rest of the bike the brakes were rarely used :joy:

    I think the excessive amount of front brake at slow speeds is what infact caused the cosmetics to look as they do. Lolol The brakes unfortunately have a slow weep which is what has kept them looking so new. They've stayed coated in brake fluid for God knows how long
