    Hello Forum fom another newbie!

I am picking up a Triumph Bonneville from Triumph, Limoges; France this Saturday. So I wanted to join a forum and here I am.

Earlier in the year I had bought the Scrambler 400X which was a great machine but enough oomph after a while, especially not for me and the Mrs. So I went to have a look at the Bonnevilles and they had a black and white T120 in stock. I tried their demo bike and fell in love with the ease of ride with some power if needed.
I think this bike will cover all my needs. I got a back rest but wasnt sure about a screen so Ive put that on the backburner the time being.

    Cheers
    Simon

@S Quinton Well you got two things right straight away. You purchased a Triumph and you joined the best Forum around. That can't be bad. I nominate you star member of the month.

That's very kind of you, Joe. Unfortunately I still dont't have the bike as the extras havent arrived at the dealers and I've got a 2 hour journey to get there. It's a bit frustrating but all things come to he who waits so they say!

Yes. I find it a very bike friendly country. As you say the roads are in good condition amazing and , where we live, hardly any traffic especialy when compared to the UK. It was one of the main reasons we moved over.
The MotoGP in Le Mans is a pretty wild event! Magny Cours (aout 2 jhours east of our place) is a great event too. France is a good place for biking and bikers.
