Hi all, just joined the forum and wanted to say hello! I’m writing from Rome, Italy, and I’m super excited to finally be riding my first real motorcycle — a brand new Triumph Tiger Sport 660 “Kuro”. After years of riding various scooters, this is a big step up for me and I’m loving every moment of it. Looking forward to learning more, getting advice, and sharing the journey with you all!

Welcome from New Jersey (USA)! We have loved Rome, but we had a 4-wheeled vehicle during our visit, but the surrounding countryside seemed better suited to a motorcycle than the city streets! Your 660 should be pretty agile, which will surprise many car drivers. Ditch the black leather and get a hi-vis riding jacket to improve the chances that drivers will see you! Enjoy!
Not sure about hi-vis all the time but I bought a used leather jacket that is Black, White and Red my helmet is mainly White with Red and Grey stripes/lines This one is for the cooler weather I have another a Hein Gericke "pro sport" jacket that has black mesh panels for breathing/cooling in the same Black,Red, White colour scheme must get a photo of it sometime. Once they arrive am fitting a DRL strip under the chin of the fairing on the Trophy should mean that we do not need to had headlights on all the time. Plezier
