We left Galway in glorious sunshine, and headed South. A lovely route along the West coast, that took us to Killimer ferry terminal, where the ferry would take us from County Clare into County Kerry.

On towards Tralee, then heading to Dingle peninsula.

We then stumbled onto Coumeenoole beach, at which “Ryan’s Daughter” was filmed. We took the wee road down, then hardly got the bikes turned to get back up again… [IMG]

Then back to Tralee to our hotel and a nice dinner.

We left Tralee under an overcast sky, and headed for The Gap of Dunloe. A very narrow, and extremely pretty, mountain pass.

Then we continued on the Ring of Beara, a circular route on the Beara peninsula. Just stunning.

We had to have a picture with a WAW-sign, of course…

    More stunning scenery…

@Vulpes Fantastic mate. I really wish i was with you all. And @Sandi T said it you seem to be a great bunch. I did try to see if some of the locals here around Slough / Maidenhead and Windsor area's wanted to get a meet. Now one answered seems not the same Camaraderie around here. Have a terrific time. Don't forget the dolce and yellow man.

We set off towards the Ring of Kerry this morning in lovely weather. Getting out of Killarney was a nightmare, but after that lovely roads.

After “The Ring” we headed for Cork, not that inspiring but nice riding all the same. Getting into Cork was even worse than getting out of Killarney, but what can you do?

Finished the day off with a couple of pints and a nice meal.

Then it was saying goodbyes - I’ll have to be off at 04.00 to get to my ferry in Rosslare in time, and Dougie will be heading up to Dublin for his ferry several hours later.

It's been brilliant touring with Dougie, and of course the first day with @Wessa, @Dawsy and Dilli was great too.

So for the last leg(s) home I’ll be Billy-no-mates…

You've been so lucky with the weather. You just can't beat touring on a bike. Some great pictures too.
Have a safe ride tomorrow. :):)
