Valve Train Noise When Cold

I am new to Triumph and am loving learning about my new to me 22 ST1200RS. It came to me with 280 miles so basically new. When cold starting, there is a noticeable vale train ticking from the front left of the cam cover. It slowly goes away as the motor warms lasting 60-120 seconds (it's 80F ambient here so things warm up quickly) and, once warm, is perfectly normal and relatively quiet.

My question for the Triumph aficionados is "is it normal for a ST's valve train to be a bit vocal whilst warming?"
