Thruxton Rs High Rise Mirrors

Anybody change to high rise over bar end mirrors and what in the world did you use? I replaced the clip on bars with the 22 mm handlebar kit. I know I’ll need the threaded bolt on adapter for the mirror to screw into. Just curious what those of you have done it used?

I would be most surprised if anyone has removed the bar end mirrors in favour of the lollipop jobbies. Usually the transition is the reverse. You should be able to get a good price if you decide to sell the OE mirrors.

 

I’m not very comfortable with the distance my eyes have to travel from down the road to my bar end mirrors and back up. If it’s not much difference I’ll go back to the bar ends as they look much better.

 

I think it’s one of those things you get used to

Must admit, the barend mirrors were one of the things I liked on the Speed 400.....
