Already signed it after watching the MAG YouTube video. However, one thing to note is that the bloody Lycra clad warriors have already made clear their objection to our use of the bus lanes. It’s about time the government clamped down on these lot by restricting them to cycle lanes where they are provided and mandating they ride in single file instead of a murmuration.

That's interesting. What do you think is meant by 'same petition'? Same as what? It's not the same as the Tory questionnaire back in March 2024, mentioned and discussed at the start of this thread. I had no problem signing this new petition. I wonder if anyone else has been unable to sign it.
I would like to speak to some of these cyclists and ask them exactly what their objection is. Cyclists already share these spaces with buses and taxis, are they suggesting adding motorcycles will make it more hazardous for them? Every council that's carried out a survey, study or trial on this has found in favour of motorcycles ie. there is no additional danger for cyclists.
