Hi everyone I have a Triumph Tiger 800xc 2014. I was looking for an Arrow Exhaust for my bike a long time ago. Finally I found one, used and in good conditions and price as well. Its came without baffle. I was looking for one and I made contact with Arrow, on website and they told me that parts is only sold for Triumph Stores. I tried some contacts without success. After this, I found one baffle used from Tiger 1200. The pictures really looks like the same piece and I bought but doesn’t fit. Let me tell you something about this; The piece really look like the same, but when I try insert into the exhaust, the pipe of baffle have a little angle to the side and this make the piece doesn’t fits. So, here I’m, still looking for a DB killer to Arrow Exhaust (А9600406). If someone have that piece, or know anyone who can make one, please, contact me, and I will try make the deal possible.
You have one but it's the wrong one. So, is there a metal workshop you could take your exhaust to and get them to make one of the same design but which fits your exhaust?
@Setubal Firstly welcome to the family. Yes as Blacktiger said see if you can have one made. Or your existing one turned to the same fit. Surely if you know the angle you need you can heat the baffle up red hot and bend to the angle you want or indeed cut it a little shorter so it does not have the bend in it and wrap it in some wading.

Thanks Joe!! I thought about this but I’m afraid to lose that piece, and still doesn’t fit. I think as black tiger said, my better choice is make one. Good ride!!
