Speed drive gone west

My TT600 has shat it's speedo drive, £120 for new one

Anyone got one they want to sell or can get discount from Triumph?

What year is your bike mate?

I found a thread on another forum with somebody having the same problem with their 2000 model. Apparently its the magnet that fucks up & some have glued the magnet back together with success?
The thread also states that the following are compatible if yours is a 2000 model....

53 plate buddy, believe its there all the same, been advised that its a common fault

Just to say I have a solution, found a gent in Germany that makes the drive that breaks up. £30 delivered to Uk, saved me £100, should be here next week

 

Now that's a good result... The power of the Internet...

 

Also to add, it's machined so should last a hell of a lot longer than 12k

 

Excellent result mate. Strange how we rely on the Germans to come up with a cheaper fix for a British bike
