    Hi, I am a long time biker but a very new 3D printer, very much a beginner. Are you saying that the files you created would only work with that make or model printer? I thought an STL file was a universally accepted printing file format.

    Just asking, nice frame caps by the way.

    No an STL is universal, but to get the design print I used a 3D printer that uses its own file type

    Ahh got you, thanks for clearing that up. I am considering upgrading from an Ender to a Bambu in the near future and didn't want to find out after I bought it that my current STL files were of no use.
