This made me laugh

A Little 10-year-old girl was walking home, alone, from school one day, when a big man on a black motorcycle pulls up beside her.
After following along for a while, turns to her and asks,
"Hey there little girl, do you want to go for a ride?"
"NO!" says the little girl as she keeps on walking.
The motorcyclist again pulls up beside her and asks,
"Hey little girl, I will give you $10 if you hop on the back."
"NO!" says the little girl again as she hurries down the street.
The motorcyclist pulls up beside the little girl again and says,
"Okay kid, my last offer! I'll give you 20 Bucks "and" a Big Bag of Candy if you will just hop on the back of my bike and we will go for a ride."
Finally, the little girl stops and turns towards him and Screams Out...
"Look Dad" "You're the one who bought the Harley instead of the Triumph Rocket ... YOU RIDE IT!!".......

Don't see what all the fuss would be about. Some film director would be more than happy to cast that in a horror film.

The roles are reversed with my wife and I. She's a great driver. She used to drive a firetruck and an ambulance (maybe that has something to do with it). It's just that we have different standards as to when to start slowing down when the vehicle in front of you slows or stops. I find myself bracing for impact, constantly reaching for the hand hold over the passenger side door. Also, she hogs the passing lane (probably another first responder habit) and I'm worried that she's going to trigger some lunatic into a fit of road rage...again.

True story:

A few years ago, she was in the left lane, doing the speed limit. The guy behind us was tailgating, obviously agitated, gesticulating wildly. She pulled over into the right lane, but both of our cars came to a stop, side by side, at a red signal. He rolled down his passenger window and started screaming at her. Since right "right turn on red" is permitted, and not wanting to escalate and get into a physical confrontation with him, I told her to just turn right to get away from the guy. When we started rolling, apparently, he thought the light the light had turned green and stomped on the accelerator, going through the red signal.
In what can only be described as a beautiful example of Karma, he ploughed right into the side of a marked police car crossing in front of us! We looked to be sure the cop wasn't hurt and went on our way.

 

I have a simular true story.

I was 2nd at a stop light in left lane behind a corvette, next to him has a Celica with a kid reving and grinning at the 'vette driver, behind him and next to me was a cop. I'm watching this comedy unfold. The kid was so intent in getting a drag race he did not look in his rearview. I see the 'vette has left turn signal on. Light turns green, kid stomps on it, blasting the cop car with gravel, I could hear the racks bouncing off. The 'vette slowly pulls out to turn as the cop has the kid pulled over in 100'. I was laughing so hard!

 

Bikes are often seen as a "challenge" to squids in cars. Several times now I've had one pull up besides me at the lights revving and creeping forward... They get annoyed when I don't bother responding, which is hilarious.
