The couple of AI images on this page show that the process is improving at quite a rate (hey, the woman with visible hands has fingers!).

I wonder how long before there will be no need for women dress in daft outfits and contort themselves around motorbikes and the computers can do that for them?

Well spotted. Other than the typical slight blur, the most obvious tell was the throttle cable going to the wrong end of the grip.

 

Took me a while but I’ve cracked that this one isn’t real either…
