What To Buy???

So. Today I collect my new purchase (not a new bike per se), and I have been mulling over accessories that I need to consider.
Givi D6415ST Touring screen, or the Puig Touring screen with adjustable visor?
A Sat Nav mount for the Garmin Zumo - not handle bar but screen bracket type - £79.99…?
Cool Cover rider seat, but additional cost (for me) if pillion wants one - last bike had a Sit&Fly which was more economical but worked perfectly.
Side Panniers (Expedition Black). Can get them for £300/pair, but extras are the pannier rails and barrel locks. Another £300… They say you have to buy 1200 Tiger barrel locks, Why? I have 2 for the 850 Sport, so why won’t they be suitable?
What do you guys think?
Any other suggestions would be welcome as well.
