675 Uk Bike Export To Germany (permanent Relocation)

Hello everyone,

I am currently in the (miserable) process arranging for my 2017 675 ABS to be imported (via a UK specialist motorbike transport company) to Berlin and am searching for some additional guidance/tips for getting it registered in Germany. For note: I have permanently relocated to Berlin.

For reference, I have all documentation ready for it to be imported (including a CoC), but am a little unsure about the TUV process - can anyone share any experience of a UK bike going through this process? A few things on my mind about my bike that I'm unsure will pass...

1. My bike has a tail tidy - is this okay?
2. I have the optional extra Arrow exhaust fitted - will this pass?
3. Bar end mirrors - assume these won't pass (but have the originals)
4. Would the beam pattern need to be 'updated' for RHD roads?

Sharing of any recent experiences would be amazing.

Hi mate. shame you didn't get a response! I've just moved to Berlin, and I've brought my 765 with me. I'm looking to register it here - have you managed and what was the script with it? Mine is a 2022 so unsure if I need a TUV as I have the EC CoC...

Anyway, give me a shout, we can get a ride-out!
