    Hi Folks

I was on here a few years ago, pre covid discussing racing a Speed triple. I did as it happens build a race bike from a 955i Daytona, creating a Speedtona.

    a wee update on specs.

955i Daytona frame and motor. Skimmed and ported the head, free flow airbox and its been mapped to suit.
1050 swing arm and hub to allow me to fit a 5 stud PVM rear wheel and Maxton shock
front end is K9 GSXR forks with Ohlins cartridges
    MT01 calipers
i fitted a dymag front wheel to compliment the PVM rear.

Bike goes well and handles how you would expect...

Thanks for the update, @Riffraffracing! The bike looks great and I'll bet it goes great, too. And I love the name "Speedtona". Nice! :)

Bike is for racing, elderly parents have meant not much racing has happened this year but have had a few rounds in. Was at Cadwell park last week though. Bike runs well....
