Thanks sprintdave... i do live in bristol and fowlers is my local... but i have found they have lost all knowledge of these bikes.... i think i cleaned out the parts department (lol).... but the guys who used to know these bikes have long gone... huge shame... shows knowledge on these future classics needs to be logged... thanks again ill drop them a call today
Failing Fowlers being of any practitcal value, try Trevor at Sprint Mfg. I'm fairly sure he was the one that used to (may still, for all I know) do all the painting so he might have some information on the best match. Worth a call, methinks.
