    Hey Folks,
Just traded in my 2022 BMW 1250 GS Adventure for a 2023 Triumph T120 Black. I LOVE IT! I can actually touch the pavement when stopped here in Massachusetts.

I done exactly the same,, didn't feel comfortable coming to a stop sign with a steep camber, after a couple of embarrassing moments I decided enough was enough :)

I have a Multistrada 950 and being a short-ars I feel the same when at a stop. It's so much better/safer/reassuring on my Street Cup! Welcome to the mad house.

I find it a bit surprising you "downsized" to the t120, although it is almost the same displacement, it is undoubtedly a smaller bike, and that seems to be your objective.

My comment is because at least here where I live the BMW group seems different than any other group of riders.
The group of Triumph riders (or any other brand really) is more friendly and open.
Not every BMW rider is different but it seems to be a general characteristic, at least here in Mexico.

Welcome from a fellow Yank. Just down the pike in South Jersey. 2018 Bonnie Speedmaster here. My first Triumph. Love it.

I spent the better part of a summer in Boston a few years back. Great bars, good time!

Post a few pics of the bike.

Yes, the displacement is the same, but I was taking the BMW on forest trails and camping. Dropping the bike in the mud and picking it up several times a day made me question my sanity!

    WELCOME! From Michigan.
I did the same thing, sold my BMW and bought a new 2023 T120. Definitely more comfortable. Bmw was causing me all kinds of grief, was working on it more than riding it. Parts where stupid expensive on it too.
