I recently acquired an ECU cable interface. Its chip set is 409.1. I am having trouble with it communicating with the ECU and/or the computer. When I connect the cable to the computer, the software indicate that the cable is connected to "com 4". I then connect the cable the ECU test port and the LED on the adpter comes on. I have installed other port drivers, but I don't get any data passed to any of the software, be it Dealer Tool or any other application. Anybody have any suggestions.

You don't state which bike you have but apparently some later bikes are bluetooth only and not cable connectable.
    My 675 2009 is cable.
My 765 2019 is bluetooth only.

Oh, I am sorry. The bike I am trying to connect to is a 2014 Thunderbird LT. I didn't think it made a difference be it a bluetooth interface device or a cable interface.
