Hello, I did a forum search for T100 mirror extenders and came up with nothing. I suspect this topic may have come up before though. Has anyone put mirror extenders on their T100? Mine is a 2022 model. I think they would be a great benefit. Thanks in advance for any responses! Seedman
A possible alternative is to fit bar-end mirrors. I've done that on my Street Twin. They give a better rear-view and look sooo much better than the nasty, original Mickey mouse-ears
The TEC mirror extenders fit M10 mounts only and I believe yours are M8. Something like this maybe..... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20395143...1LAnAZI8/CA2OePSCSOoYh7g==|tkp:Bk9SR_b0jeCrYQ The standard mirrors on my Street Scrambler work very well. The jury's out for me on wether bar ends look better and they obviously add extra width to the bars which is crap in traffic. For me personally, mirrors are purely functional items and the OEM's fit in with the retro look.
Thanks for the replies. Beerkat....I am no a fan of bar end mirrors. I should have pointed that out in my original thread, but thank you! Pegscraper....I believe mine are M8 fasteners as well. I have online access to the Triumph Technical web site. I can't find anywhere in there where it specifies the size. I have sent them an email for the specs on it. The link you sent could be a possible solution though...thank you also! Seedman
I used something like these on my Tiger. https://www.squaredeals-ltd.co.uk/m...umph--1xpair-alloy-nickel-or-black-3999-p.asp
tcbandituk..... Those look like they would have to go "inline" on the straight part of the mirror arm to extend the mirrors out to the sides. No way to do that with my mirrors (see picture)....thanks for the reply!
tcbandituk..... I contacted the company regarding the extenders you mentioned. Their response was: Sorry, this type of extender only works on models with detachable mirror heads. The rod fits between the head and the mirror arm. Sorta what I had thought. Thank you for your input....much appreciated!
I had a 2004 Speed Triple, and added the extenders shown, which worked great! They extend horizontally about 44mm and 34mm in height. This was enough to ensure that my arm/elbow did not obstruct my view in a quick glance. My son now has the bike (I have a 2011 Sprint GT) and he installed bar end mirrors, so I now have these sitting on my desk, ready for a new home. If you give me your address, I'll tell you what the shipping cost is and you can have them! They include the hex key bolts and lock washers. PS. The included bolts and washers actually bolt into the bike mount. The photo shows them threaded into the mirror mount for safekeeping.
Rob The Scott..... Thanks for the reply and offer. Check the pic below for a few questions I have. I still need to verify the thread diameter for my mirrors but believe they are 8mm. Believe it or not, Triumph tech support claimed they couldn't provide this information!
OOOPS....got a few more pics in there than intended. But the drawing is the schematic for my mirror set up. That makes me wonder about the orientation of your extenders and whether they would work on my bike. Thanks!

All good questions, Seedman. The lower end is not threaded. I expect that you could use the 8mm hex bolt to connect to the bike from underneath (might need a longer bolt). The upper end is where the mirror is mounted and it is threaded. You could thread another 8mm bolt into your mirror, cut off the head and use a lock washer to mount to the threaded end of the mirror extender. No damage to the original mirror. Or you could install a bolt from underneath and thread the mirror onto it (use Locktite or a lock washer). Also, completely reversible if you don't like the result. Your only risk is the price of shipping a small package.
PS. Use the original mirror mount bolt at one end or the other, whichever fits best. You will have to get an 8mm locknut if used at the bike mount (vs the mirror mount).
It now dawns on me that you could reverse the mount! Put the threaded end onto the bike mount with the 8mm bolt included, and use the unthreaded end to mount the mirror with the original mirror mounting bolt! Easy peasy! Just a thought, as I look at images on a computer. I leave it to you to confirm that it would work.
These were purchased in 2018. I believe that they were "Aupoko 2 Pcs CNC Black", as this is the only thing in Amazon that seemed right. The item no longer shows in Amazon, however, so I can't share the specs/details.
I found this in Revzilla, and they look VERY close. https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/bike-master-mirror-extensions
