Galfer Discs

Hi,

Any opinions on Galfer wavy discs, are they any good?

Noticed there is a sale on at the moment.

Read an interesting article recently on brake discs. Apparently wavy discs are no better than standard ones, and in many cases actually make more noise..
In terms of performance there is no difference so if the price is right go for them .

 

I went with a Galfer disk on the rear because it was the least expensive of the major name brands available to me. The PO ran the pads down to the backing plates.

 

Yes, don't think there is any advantage really, unless you like the looks!

 

Please could you share the link where you’ve found the sale…..can’t seem to see anything. I’m interested if the prices is good
