Well this was the first bike night this year that I've been able to get to. It was well attended too. Here's a few pics. It's a popular event, even ET drops in now and again.
Great pics Bikerman canny turn out, shame was four days in Mablethorpe on the 7th July always seem to just miss this. but gotta get the campsite dates available at the time
Nice. Is there a central planner, website, etc with all these bike days/nights listed in one place? I went with a few mates to Barton and would have gone to this if I'd have known it was on
250 wet dreams ..... I used to borrow the ex- wifes back in the day to commute to work on. Funny thing was I achieved more dices/races and derring-do on this than I ever did on my at that moment 750 Kawasaki Handling was ok but the brakes and power were mediocre at best and at least taught you corner speed and " no shut off" techniques to add to your racing lines
Here you go @Eldon Bike night 17th August Wed, 19:30 East Kirkby Lincolnshire Aviation Centre East Kirkby, Spilsby This is a great one to attend if you get the chance. They do the Lancaster taxi run, and there's always bikes everywhere. It's a bargain at £5.00 to get in. Not to be missed if you can. https://www.lincsaviation.co.uk/events/Bike_Night_17th_August.htm 24th Aug Sutton on Sea Bike Night 2022 Wed, 18:00–21:00 The Beach Bar, Trusthorpe Road, Sutton on Sea Here's a link to a fartbook page. I'm not on these things, so I don't know how good the information is. https://www.lincolnshirebikenights.co.uk/
Great photos, @Bikerman! I love that ET showed up and that photo of the kid looking at him like, "WTF?" is priceless. Seems you have lots of bike nights in your neck of the woods. There used to be lots of them in Tucson but it seems that is a thing of the past. I'm hoping that we get past this "things shut down due to Covid" and that the bike nights and rallies, well, rally.
