Recent ride on the RS, grabbed a few nice photos.

Went for an early jaunt round the malvern hills and stopped off at Eastnor Castle for a coffee.

 

You'd be far more likely to see "Apeldoorn" rather than "Groendaal" on the A50 signs mate.

@Helmut Visor and I had a few hours out on some of the lovely local roads today in the sunshine, both on our Triumphs, and then came back home for a nice summer's afternoon Pimms....seemed very fitting for the Jubilee. I have even bought the ingredients to make Eton Mess later .

 

I love the fact that my “ Tank Nav “ gathers information from local users. It’s a bit like Waze…..

Another few hours out today for Helmut and I on our Triumphs through the gorgeous countryside we have on our doorstep on some great local roads. I had thought about Wales which is the direction we tend to head in but it was apparently already raining where I was considering - I think we tend to head away simply because it feels more of a "trip" but actually we are very lucky to have great places to ride from our doorstep (just that the Welsh idea of an acceptable road surface is far superior)....

It's a combination of crushed meringue, strawberries (some blitzed into a puree), whipped cream all folded in together. I don't really like cream, but Helmut loves it!

 

Don't worry, it's raining again this morning and forecast rain for about the next ten days . Think it should stop today about 1700 though so not dawn - til - dusk .

 

That sounds yummy! Are the proportions critical to the dish or can they be adjusted to taste?
