I noticed the headlamp reflector (inside the glass) is showing signs of corrosion. The bike has never seen wet weather so I'm wondering has anyone seen the same thing.....

I notice your in a very hot climate. I wonder if the heat has caused it ......
Although you would have thought the bulb would make the backing hot . Its possible i suppose .

Your ok if your bike is under warranty let them sort it out. But if your bike is out of waranty then i would be looking to change it for another type.

i went to the dealer today. He adviced me to leave it like this, so the damage becomes worse. After that he is going to take some pictures of the headlight reflector and sent them to Triumph (UK), in order to replace it.

I would advise you NOT to wait for your dealer Kostas Why wait until he thinks its worse !! its bad enough now !! tell him take pictures now and get it changed as soon as possible,
I hope he is not sending you away until your warranty expires, GET IT SORTED OUT NOW DONT WAIT !!!

Good job, funny enough I just did some mods which involved removing the headlight. The cavity in the headlamp is chock full of the wiring loom and no rubber grommet for the cables to pass through. There was a build up of moisture in there which can only be from cleaning 4 days earlier as it has never seen rain! Could be from condensation from the heat of the lamp I suppose, but does not seem to be the ideal place for so much wiring!
