Frame parts all done and ready to start the rebuild at last.

Tidy, very tidy work

 

Picked up the crankshaft from engineers after having a 10 thou under grind and started prepping for the bottom end assembly.

 

Going to be a new bike when you're done, darkman

 

Cor, like being in the operating theatre. Pass the half inch spanner nurse. This is going to be one clean machine.

 

Lol, nurse Su is on hand as she has a few days off work

 

Dude, this looks so clean, can't wait to see it start coming together

 

Thoroughly cleaned the cases and oil passages and fitted the main bearings and also cleaned the crank after grinding and fitted the sludge trap and bung.

 

That hammer in the last picture doesn't look big enough for me.
